In that 6 months, this post office has lost 8 of my packages and that’s not including the times they marked it as delivered but didn’t actually bring it for another week. 3 of those lost packages have been medication. I have tried to reach out, but get ignored and my case just gets closed without ever contacting me. Sometimes, my neighbor gets my mail. I don’t even know what to do about this

I came in to send an application/package, and I clearly explained that it was my first time doing this and that I needed help. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She did not try to explain the process, did not show patience, and made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I am new to this process and I only needed basic help. I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially when they explain that they are doing something for the first time. Please review this incident and speak with the employee about proper customer service.

Good luck if you think you will actually get your mail or they will fix it if there are issues. Most of your mail will not arrive if you live in this catchment area
