- DDDavonda DobyneApr 7, 20261.01st off its messy as hell in there. And it was after opening. They have the laziest mail carriers besides our regular Tameka. When she's off we don't get mail for days and packages also. She comes back to all that work. It's a shame. Just got me a PO Box tired of this.

The front desk staff consistently display rude behavior and the nastiest attitudes I have ever encountered. Customer service should be professional and courteous, but that standard is clearly missing here. I truly hope management addresses this issue so customers can receive the respectful service they deserve.

My postal carrier needs to transfer to a better location becasue she is the only great thing coming out of that facility and it needs to be closed down immediately. The Stupidvisors are ridiculous and the workers are lazy and disrespectful. Only in a majority African American community do we receive the worst services.
