This is one of the slowest post offices I have ever dealt with, especially considering it is located in such a nice community. The most unpleasant part of the experience is the staff’s attitude. I haven’t received any of my mail for over a month since moving to my new address. I called customer service several times, and they opened multiple cases, assuring me that the issue had been resolved. I also visited the post office several times, but despite all that, I still haven’t received my mail. When I went back to the post office, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. She was sitting on her phone during work hours. When it was my turn, she called me over with an unfriendly attitude, as if I was bothering her. I explained what the customer service representatives had told me, but she responded by saying, “It doesn’t matter what they say.” I asked her, “So it doesn’t matter what the customer service representatives say?” She couldn’t answer my question. Instead, she told me to step back in line and said she didn’t like my attitude simply because I asked that question. In reality, she was the one showing attitude and being disrespectful. I don’t understand how someone with this kind of behavior can work in a government customer service position. I do not recommend this post office at all.

WORST SERVICE EVER. “Miss Gibson” who works there needs to go touch some grass. She was extremely rude and acted like she couldn’t hate her job more. When asked to speak with someone above her or a supervisor her response was “can’t they are in a meeting” Please get some employees that actually care to make sure peoples packages are delivered and mail is given to the correct person.

I haven’t received mail in 3 weeks. I even had certified mail coming from court that I never even got a note for. I had to go in to pick up my mail and apparently everyone else who was there encountered the same issue. If you ever encounter the short Indian lady with the glasses, ask for someone else. She’s always yelling at someone, emotional & honestly just doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve overheard her yelling at customers more times than I can count & I’ve always had unpleasant encounters with her as well. There’s an older black woman who is the sweetest and most pleasant lady you can come across. The other lady I described doesn’t even want to check to see if you have mail in the back.

One star for this location as well, 0 star if I could. USPS needs to step up and improve, this location is so disorganized and you do not even know who is ahead of you cuz people are everywhere and everything is so slow, this location is just sad.
