    Unprofessional staff always on break. Not trained well, lack of response and lack of customer service. Hope state can do better or change the staff, who is not willing to work.

    Subject: Complaint regarding mail carrier behavior and property handling Dear USPS Customer Service / Management, I am writing to express a concern regarding the mail delivery service at my address in the 60659 area, 2048 West Hood Avenue. There has been an ongoing issue with the mail carriers assigned to this route. I have a small red children’s toy car placed near my entrance. It does not block access or interfere with mail delivery. However, during mail delivery, the toy is frequently knocked over when accessing the mailbox and is not placed back in its position afterward. This happens repeatedly. I am not always at home to monitor or adjust it, and I find it unreasonable that a simple action of placing a lightweight item back in place is consistently ignored. The situation has become frustrating, especially because I have also experienced rude responses when I mention it. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed and that mail carriers assigned to this route be reminded to treat residents’ property with care and basic courtesy during delivery. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
