  The worst postal service ever, I have lived in their zip code for a year and this place is the reason I am moving! They mark your packages as left in mailbox and nothing is there they will show up a week or two later, i only get mail once a week even though informed delivery show they have it it will show up weeks later like the packages I have had people from blocks away bring my packages and say they will left at their home 5 mins away how is that possible i have had to pay people for bringing my packages that they scanned as delivered to me i have over 300 complaints and nobody does anything so good luck dealing with this office everyone needs to be fired and they need to start fresh this is just ridiculous

  Friday August 14,and Saturday August 15, 2026 my package said it was delivered. When I tracked both packages it said delivered to 60659 mail box . My zip is 60645 , I went to the post office today August 17, 2026 asked about my missing packages. They said it was out on delivery. I received a phone call after I left from a very disrespectful ghetto Supervisor. "Asking if I just left the post office crying about my packages" this is how they talk to customers here.

  This is one of the slowest post offices I have ever dealt with, especially considering it is located in such a nice community. The most unpleasant part of the experience is the staff’s attitude. I haven’t received any of my mail for over a month since moving to my new address. I called customer service several times, and they opened multiple cases, assuring me that the issue had been resolved. I also visited the post office several times, but despite all that, I still haven’t received my mail. When I went back to the post office, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. She was sitting on her phone during work hours. When it was my turn, she called me over with an unfriendly attitude, as if I was bothering her. I explained what the customer service representatives had told me, but she responded by saying, “It doesn’t matter what they say.” I asked her, “So it doesn’t matter what the customer service representatives say?” She couldn’t answer my question. Instead, she told me to step back in line and said she didn’t like my attitude simply because I asked that question. In reality, she was the one showing attitude and being disrespectful. I don’t understand how someone with this kind of behavior can work in a government customer service position. I do not recommend this post office at all.
