Long line but it moves relatively fast. They do not have a self service kiosk.

This is the worst USPS location I have ever dealt with. I went in person to pick up my package, showing my official work permit and my Temu app, but the staff had zero patience and completely refused to even check the system. Since my building lacks mailboxes, they just forced my item to be returned to sender instead of helping me find a solution. It is always the same at this facility; every single time I visit, they have an excuse for everything and offer no alternatives. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The postal workers at this location are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to help translate for their non-english speaking customers, and they are just overall very kind.

So normally I do drop offs at this post office and I never need a receipt and the past couple times that I came here one of the workers who was an older black woman with salt and pepper dreadlocks said if I'm doing a drop off then I can just come to the front letting them know and leave it as long as I don't need a receipt. I went to do that today and she got mad that I jumped ahead of the line and I quoted what she said I could do and she said nah ah and said I had to get back in line. Thought that was quite embarrassing and honestly what was the point in telling me that if I can't even do it. I honestly think this post office has a lot of workers who are racist against Hispanic people because anytime they have to deal with anyone who's not black they slowly take their time and they don't do anything. I have to say aside from the embarrassment I do feel kind of discriminated against because it's not just me who gets bad service at this post office it's a lot of people. There were three people ahead of me in line who were all Hispanic and they chose not to do anything they decided to wait in the back then the line died out and there was nobody in front of me. Hopefully something gets investigated about the people working here because that's kind of messed up when we live in a city that's supposed to be accepting of all people.

The kindest workers! You definitely do need to have patience as they take their time helping/attending others but I don’t mind. If you’re in a rush, time accordingly and go in earlier. I’m Hispanic also for the ones commenting about them needing to learn Spanish when they’ve been nothing but respectful to everyone. They make shipping orders very easy and I love their service! Favorite postal office!
