I went in person to pick up my package, showing my official work permit and my Temu app, but the staff had zero patience and completely refused to even check the system. Since my building lacks mailboxes, they just forced my item to be returned to sender instead of helping me find a solution. It is always the same at this facility; every single time I visit, they have an excuse for everything and offer no alternatives. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
