This is one of the worst post office in the neighborhood. the people are very rude and slow. I have to go pick up my Amazon package every time because people stop by my door and take my package. so the post office has to return my package every time when I’m not home. I need to move out of the neighborhood soon because I cannot deal with this people at the post office anymore

I came in this post office on Dec 12th to mail a very important package to Delaware. I was told by the postal worker that my item would most likely arrive on Monday the 15th. But, your expected date is on the 16th. Supposedly, USPS delivered my package today; Friday the 19th. I have no ideal if the facility received the package; because its closed on the weekend! I am so sick and tired of bad service from USPS. I believe my package would have been handled professionally; if I took it downtown! I will not ever step foot in this facility again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The supervisor Lauryn is rude and really unprofessional. She would not let me finish my questions before denouncing my claims and basically didn't do anything to try and help me. When I told her I haven't received mail in 8 days all she said was "thats impossible." I asked her was there any way she could just check for me to see if I had mail there and she said no. Before I could even finish talking she lowered the blinds on the window and walked away. There was absolutely no concern for my claim and once again she was completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She either needs to be trained again or needs a class on how to respect and treat customers. I would give her -0 stars if there was a survey for just her.

Anyone who visits or works for this post office should really take the time to learn about this address's history. I'd assume that most people have no idea what happened on this property about 120 years ago.
