- RRRebekaSep 17, 20261.0Get your house in check. Lost a package and went there every day for 4 days for every representative to tell many different things. And then the manager to say: they all lied to you. The package was delivered four days ago. And then guess what? The package wasn’t delivered. It came 5 days after their alleged delivery date. Oh and every time they would take my phone number and said they’d call me to update me, and no call EVER came. And also they said: carriers run out of time and mark the package as delivered even though it’s not. So why are we marking packages as delivered when they aren’t, and then the package gets lost but when I try to file a claim it says “well package was delivered”.
