- JNJas NicoleJun 30, 20261.0Never ever get a PO Box at this location. This is the worst place to ever do business. They are never open. I have been trying to check my PO Box for days. I have been coming well before they close at 6pm. How is it even legal to even close an hour or two before? I work just like them and don’t have the luxury to get to the post office at 9am. This is ridiculous. There are never any clerks there is a sign that says “system is down”. It’s been a month. Why am I paying for a PO when I can’t even access it? My mail has been lost numerous times. Customers are steady outside confused because we never can get any service. The worst experience ever.

Lack of professional supervisors, when concerns were expressed the lady with brown/orange dreadlocks told me “ I don’t know what you want me to do ” to receive my mail I had to track down the mailman luckily on my break because the guy still did not deliver my mail even though I received a notification it was delivered. This has been a stressful process. I even saw a mailman drop mail in the office and not pick it up lol. Please if you can get mail sent some where else do it.
