- SBSkye BennettJun 4, 20265.0Be sure to check the hours before you go as it’s only open part time, but I’ve had lovely experiences each time I’ve gone, and low lines too. Also a quiet, calm environment. PLUS Today I discovered that Paul, who used to work at Uptown and then disappeared, had actually transferred here! It was a lovely surprise. He’s doing well and remembered me from all my art business mail. I would recommend this location simply bc he works there (but my other points still stand).
- MHMatt HaleAug 5, 20221.0Is there a way to give negative stars? I’ve used this location twice because it’s the closest one to my house and I figured you can’t judge by a single experience. The first time, the mail I sent arrived 6 weeks late. The second time, the mail I sent disappeared completely. Not complex mail. Simple put a stamp on an envelope and drop it off. They should fire everyone at this location. Edit: Less than a year after I wrote my initial review, a package was sent to me and got routed through this location. My package has since disappeared. Seriously, I could train pigeons to do a better job than the employees at this facility.

It's not like we live in a society that sends letters regularly that we should know all these details. if you can go somewhere else even just to drive a little further, do it!
