Except it was NEVER delivered to me. i have no package, no note on the door, nothing. just their tracker saying delivered and thats it. so i asked them ok fine, show me proof. a photo, a signature, anything. and guess what? they have absolutely nothing. zero. they just expect you to believe them with no evidence whatsoever. delivered where exactly?? to who?? and heres the thing that makes me want to scream. inside that package was my foreign passport. not some random amazon order. my PASSPORT. which i cannot replace at a local office because its from another country. to even start the process of getting a new one i have to drive 16 hours to another state. That’s a 32-hour round trip, time off work, and hotel costs just to submit an application. and then wait 3 months for the new one to be made. all of these because usps lost my package and just typed delivered and called it a day. do not send anything important through usps. actually dont send anything through usps period.
