- JLJulia LockSep 23, 20261.0I came to this location around 3 pm on Wednesday and there was no staff. At one point there were 13 people in need of assistance and there is one single self-service kiosk. After fifteen minutes of standing in line, an employee came out to inform us that their lunch break was until 4 so you were on your own. Older customers were understandably confused and struggled with the kiosk. A posted sign to let customers know that there will be no employees from 3-4 pm during a weekday would have been helpful

When you finally get to the window they will act like you are bothering them. The people here are the reason so many people hate the postal service.
