- BBBeaux6 days ago1.0You’ll never find a Post Office branch worse than this one. Always long lines because the postal workers here will absolutely ignore all customers. When you finally get to the window they will act like you are bothering them. The people here are the reason so many people hate the postal service.

The person who picked up the phone was yelling over me and then hung up on me. Tried calling again and now the office is closed, 2hrs early Fedex literally just delivered a package without issue

I brought all the necessary documents for my passport application, but they accepted only a small portion of them. Then, two weeks later, I received a letter asking me to submit the very same documents that I had already brought with me. This caused an unnecessary delay and a lot of inconvenience.

When I called the customer service line and someone confirmed the mail was being held at this location, ready for pickup. Upon arriving there, I was told none of my mail had been withheld despite my “hold mail” request having been approved. When asked for further explanation, I was told, “sometimes the online hold requests will be marked as being processed but no one will actually pull the mail.” I was then instructed to simply submit another hold request while there in person. No further explanation or remedy was given.
