- KKkiwi kiwiJul 27, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at the Kedzie USPS location. I came in to ship two prepaid packages and showed the front desk clerk (an African American woman working the counter) my QR code. She scanned it, and the shipping label printed successfully. Right after that, she tried scanning the printed label again and told me it was "invalid" and that the postage wasn't paid. That made no sense. If the postage hadn't been paid, the QR code wouldn't have generated and printed a shipping label in the first place. I tried explaining that, but instead of helping or looking into the issue, she became rude, gave me an attitude, and told me to leave. I then went to another USPS location near 59th Street, where the employees helped me immediately. They were able to process the package without any issues. It seems the tracking information simply needed to be entered manually, but the employee at the Kedzie location was lazy and wasn't willing to do it. This wasn't a professional way to treat a customer, and from what I've heard, this isn't the first time she's had an attitude with people. USPS should make sure employees are properly trained and treat customers with respect instead of dismissing them when a problem comes up.
