- OPoney pazJun 20, 20261.0I have had multiple negative experiences at this USPS location, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently poor. There is one employee who is frequently rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Every time I visit, I feel like I am bothering her simply by asking a question. When I came in with a letter and asked to send it, instead of explaining the available mailing options, she responded in a dismissive and unfriendly way, asking “How do you want to send it?” without offering any guidance or assistance. I regularly drop off packages with prepaid labels, and she becomes visibly annoyed when scanning them. Rather than providing professional customer service, she often acts frustrated and treats customers as if they are inconveniencing her. What is most disappointing is that many Spanish-speaking and Latino customers come in needing help, and instead of being patient and assisting them, she appears unwilling to help and often comes across as disrespectful. Several people have experienced the same attitude. USPS employees represent a public service, and customers should be treated with respect regardless of their language skills or background. Every visit to this location feels uncomfortable because of the consistently negative attitude. I hope management addresses these customer service issues because this has been happening repeatedly, not just on one occasion.

I JUST FOUND MAIL FROM 5/2025 in another unoccupied mailbox, My name is on my mailbox, why am I just now finding mail and old checks ? I am so upset. I called today for a worker to tell me they don’t deliver mail so they can’t help me , 😂😂😂 US POSTAL !!!! This what we doing ?!!! Somebody need to do something about this careless employees !!!
