  This place has always been spot on with their customer service but today they went above and beyond. I walked in at 2:59 (and probably 59 secs) asking if they could squeeze me in and they didn't even flinch. On top of things, my technology wasn't being agreeable so it took another 7 excruciating minutes to access my QR code, during which the whole time they were polite and patient and the smiles never faded. I walked out at 3:08 a very relieved person and I gotta say I know it was only a few extra mins but that meant the world to me today, so thank you very much!

  I left my laptop in a tray at the TSA checkpoint in the Chicago airport before catching a flight home. When I got home, I was able to determine that it was in the TSA lost & found down the street from this store on Archer Ave. On a Thursday, I called Store #7730 just as they were opening and could tell they were already busy but the owner, Vivian, called me back quickly. She picked up my laptop, got it packaged and shipped to my house. FEDEX won't do this! When the package arrived at my house the next day, the driver didn't just drop off the package but handed it to us at the front door. Needless to say, I was extremely relieved to retrieve months of personal and business data that hadn't been backed up for a few months. Many thanks to Vivian and Store #3370!!!

  came to this UPS Store at 6102 S Archer Ave, Chicago for a straightforward notary service I explained that I had lost my current driver’s license. I had my expired Illinois driver’s license, my Illinois state ID that had been punched when I received my driver’s license, and, most importantly, a current Illinois FOID card with my photo and identifying information. Instead of calmly explaining their policy or trying to help me understand what identification they would accept, the interaction with Carmen and Natalie was extremely unpleasant. Their attitude came across as dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational. I was already dealing with a stressful situation involving a repossessed vehicle, and I came in simply trying to have a legal document notarized. I understand that a notary has the right to refuse a notarization and that individual businesses can have their own policies. My complaint is about how I was treated. There was no reason for the interaction to become so hostile or disrespectful. A simple professional explanation such as, “Our store policy only allows certain forms of ID, and unfortunately we cannot accept that document,” would have been perfectly understandable. Customer service matters, especially when someone is coming in for an important legal document. I left feeling like I was being treated as a problem rather than a customer asking for help. I would strongly recommend that management review how customers are spoken to at this location and make sure employees explain notary requirements professionally and respectfully. I will personally use another location for notary and shipping services in the future.

  Absolutely Fantastic! The customer service from my initial visit last week and this second visit today was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the entire staff and the representative, Carmen, who was so very patient and helped me with the problem that I was experiencing and found a resolution. I will go out of my way to be a patron of this specific location. Thanks Archer Ave Team!!
