However, I was charged an additional $8 under “Other Services” without my knowledge or consent. When I asked what the extra charge was for and explained that I did not agree to it, I was told that it had been added by the store manager. I believe this charge is unfair and would appreciate an explanation and a refund of the unauthorized fee.
