    A valuable engagement ring (worth over $4,000) was shipped out of this store by our client, a respectable attorney at law, he even purchased insurance for the ring to ensure full coverage in the event it is lost en route — which cost him $250. When we received the package the next day, the ring box was inside however there was NO RING inside the ring box! Unfortunately, our client showed the employee assisting him (photo attached) the ring, so the employee could assist him with purchasing the correct insurance and package it appropriately. We informed our client right away, who then pursued filing a claim with UPS - unfortunately the insurance denied the claim because technically the package was “delivered”. As you can imagine, we and our client feel extremely violated. Someone stole the engagement ring, a very valuable and sentimental item. If the UPS store owner is reading this, you need to check your camera footage from 4/29/2026 at 4:30pm, assisted by employee #339274 at terminal POS1853B. The ring was in its ring box and shown to the employee, then delivered the next day with an empty ring box. I will be adding reviews on all platforms to warn people of what happened to our client, unless this is handled immediately and the ring is either retrieved or insurance will cover the loss.     A valuable item was shipped out of this store, insured and with signature required. Guess what happened? An employee of this ups store STOLE the merchandise and the $250 paid for insurance coverage did not cover it. If the owner is reading this, you need to check your camera footage from 4/29/2026 at 4:30pm, assisted by employee #339274. You have a thief working for you and stealing peoples valuables. DO NOT SHIP ANY VALUABLES AT THIS LOCATION. I will be adding reviews on all platforms to warn people of what happened to our client. Unbelievable.

    I’ve been a customer of this UPS Store for over 5 years, and my most recent experience was completely unacceptable. First, the overall professionalism in this location has seriously declined. One employee was walking around the store without shoes on, which is both inappropriate and unhygienic in a customer-facing business. I came in to return a phone using a provided shipping label that clearly indicated the item should be packed by UPS. The associate handling my return seemed immediately annoyed that he had to tape the box. He began taping it incorrectly, despite the box having specific folding instructions. I even offered to help, and he refused. What made this worse was the complete lack of communication. Instead of simply explaining any policy or potential charge for tape, he complained that he wasn’t “supposed” to use the company’s tape. This is a packing and shipping store—I have never, in five years, encountered an employee unwilling to tape a package. If there was a fee, that should have been clearly and respectfully communicated. When I calmly explained that my instructions stated UPS would handle the packing, he demanded to see “proof,” which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. His tone became increasingly rude, and he eventually raised his voice at me. The situation escalated further when he refused to provide my receipt. I had to ask multiple times before he finally handed it over, and even then, he said “are you done?” in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. As I was leaving, he sarcastically yelled “have a nice day,” and another employee made a comment about me within earshot. This entire interaction was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely out of line for a business that is supposed to provide customer service. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an unwillingness to perform basic job responsibilities. I expect much better from a business I’ve supported for years. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and staff conduct.
