  This is by far the worst location I've ever been to and it's consistently sub par. Employees never overly helpful or in a mood for customer service. I live in the building next door and have learned to go out of my way to go anywhere but here.

  This location was the closest to the Hyatt Regency where we were staying. On 7/31/26, I went to mail 2 Nutella personalized jars (in Chicago they have an actual store that makes personalized jars with your name on them) because we were flying home just with carry-ons. The girl that first helped us taped over the label on the first jar and ruined the jar, no care or apology. Another worker there who I am assuming was the manager saw what happened and asked me how much the jar cost and recognized that Nutella store had just reopened and she knew how they were personalizing jars. She confirmed my address and stated that she would go and have the jar remade because we were leaving that afternoon. I believed her and even told her to keep the ruined jar because the Nutella inside was untouched. Its been 2 weeks and I have never received the replaced jar, I think she just wanted us to leave the store. Avoid this location if you value consumer care or client success.

  Very hard to find, it’s in the basement of the hotel, come into the lobby and take the escalator down, as the staff to help you if you can’t find it They charge for drop off fees with prepaid labels. I was not charged the first time I dropped it off tor some reason but they wanted to charge me this other time I’ve never been to a ups like that
