  $5 to drop off a pre labeled package?? Yeah i’ll take my services to fedex or usps now.

  Very hard to find, it’s in the basement of the hotel, come into the lobby and take the escalator down, as the staff to help you if you can’t find it They charge for drop off fees with prepaid labels. I was not charged the first time I dropped it off tor some reason but they wanted to charge me this other time I’ve never been to a ups like that

  I came to ship an item with a third party label and an abnormal box size. I was charged $20 dollar “outbound package” fee, which I am fighting through my third party seller. That is not my biggest complaint, surprisingly. Pavi at this store was just a bad customer service rep. She was very put out with me for requesting a packing service with a strange box size. She barely spoke to me the entire time despite me trying to engage with her and ask her questions, each time mumbling under her breath and staring at me with distain as I tried to help her. I even had to start pulling boxes myself to get her to even start assisting me, even though I was the only one in the store. She was rude when she did address me at all, her tone unkind and refusing to answer me when I asked if she was trying to say something after mumbling under her breath the entire time. I can only assume she was talking bad about how little she wanted to help, based on her sour mood and unwillingness to help. I had also came in the day before asking if they offered any help with irregular boxes, and she just said “the boxes are over there”, completely ignoring the fact they offer packing services. I had to call back to ask for help even before that, and she was already sighing and had an attitude about having to fulfill a service I hadn’t even come in for yet! The packing charge aside, Pavi was truly a bad customer service rep, and I am so sad that this is who ups has decided to employee, especially since I am a regular customer with my Amazon returns.

  beware of dropping off 'sealed and prepaid label' packages at this UPS location... we were charged $5 for a return to 'room and board'... this should have been free of charge... the staff was also very rude in their customer interaction

  TLDR: avoid the headache that comes with this place, go to another UPS store. I echo what many people on here have said previously. I dropped off a pre-paid package at this store, as I have done thrice with no issue. This time, they charged me a $5 handling fee and could not tell me if there was another store that wouldn’t charge! After reaching out to them, I found out this store only accepts prepaid returns for Amazon, Happy Returns, and USPS returns. Because they are in a hotel and operating as a third party, they are technically allowed to do this. I am extremely frustrated I didn’t check the reviews before coming to this store, so don’t make the same mistake I did!
