- WVWill Vargas5 days ago2.0Hardly ever leave a bad review but it was frustrating experience... They were really kind on reaching out and let me know that my package arrived. There was a misunderstanding on my end on the holding fee... I use ups regularly so used to paying 5$... When I asked if they could let me know the rate of size of packages the response from this individual was extremely rude and unprofessional. Sucks really like working with UPS but this just truly left a bad taste.
