  Faxed document, Clerk unable to provide confirmation sheet. Employee did not have a clue about Fax machine services. Wanted me to Take a picture of the transaction, notification, i.e., fax number, number of pages faxed,etc. PLEASE GET BETTER EMPLOYEES! OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION.

  ​We had a very disappointing experience with this location. My wife initially called to ask a straight forward question about notary services. Instead of listening to my inquiry, the representative launched into a lengthy, irrelevant explanation. When she politely tried to redirect the conversation to our actual needs, he abruptly hung up the phone. ​Hoping to address this, we went to the store in person to speak with the manager, only to discover that the individual on the phone was actually the owner. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but projecting frustration onto customers and talking over them is entirely unacceptable. The level of communication and leadership displayed by the owner was highly unprofessional. If this is how the business is managed, it reflects poorly on the entire operation. I recommend avoiding this location if you value respectful and efficient customer service.
