  I stopped by with four packages to ship, and the customer service was AMAZING!!! I have lived in this area for a decade now, and today was my first time in this store…please don’t hesitate, the service is top tier!

  ⭐️ Very disappointed with this location. I pick up packages weekly from multiple UPS locations throughout Chicago, especially downtown, and I do not have a mailbox at any of them. I walk in, get greeted with a smile, and pick up my packages with no extra fees. I chose this location because it was closer to home, and suddenly I’m being charged $7 to pick up my package because I don’t have a mailbox here. I asked what the fee covers and why I’m being charged when other UPS locations don’t charge me, and the employee repeatedly said, “It’s a fee.” No explanation whatsoever. It’s hard not to notice that this is the Black owned, independently owned location where I’m suddenly being hit with an unexplained fee. This location also consistently has long lines and slow service. I want to support Black owned businesses, but I shouldn’t have to pay unexplained fees for a service I regularly receive for free elsewhere.

  Very Disappointing I’ve used this UPS Store as an Access Point several times because it’s convenient and pickup has always been free. Yesterday, I was charged a $7 pickup fee for a package sent there. When I questioned it, I was told the fee was because I don’t have a mailbox with them. I checked the website and found no clear notice stating that Access Point pickups are subject to a $7 fee. Very disappointing and misleading. I will not be returning.
