  ​We had a very disappointing experience with this location. My wife initially called to ask a straight forward question about notary services. Instead of listening to my inquiry, the representative launched into a lengthy, irrelevant explanation. When she politely tried to redirect the conversation to our actual needs, he abruptly hung up the phone. ​Hoping to address this, we went to the store in person to speak with the manager, only to discover that the individual on the phone was actually the owner. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but projecting frustration onto customers and talking over them is entirely unacceptable. The level of communication and leadership displayed by the owner was highly unprofessional. If this is how the business is managed, it reflects poorly on the entire operation. I recommend avoiding this location if you value respectful and efficient customer service.

  They were sooo rude & dismissive in here!! It was so unnecessary & didnt think a UPS store would operate like this.. the guy or girl Devaonte or Alonte'...idk was very rude from the tike I walked in and i had to wait almost 30min for my fingerprinting that only took 10min. I had a couple questions once I was done, and all i got was very short answer like "ive done my job, bye" attitude. Horrible And if you're a regular here or have a po box, they talk about all you guys business out loud in there

  Some of the staff is pleasant and helpful but others most definitely are not. The older woman with the long hair who seems to work most days is reliably RUDE and obnoxious. If there were another option nearby I would stop coming here. Package pickup service is a reasonable deal although I don’t think they should have raised the price.

  Horrible staff!!!! Not only they are rude, but apparently they close 30min before the actual closing time. The only ones who dont have to work full schedule to get their salary.
