  Heads up they charge for picking up the packages you send there. Like some apartments don’t have places to safely send packages so they definitely take advantage of that here. And the customer service isn’t great.

  Horrible experience. The staff here needs to learn how to talk to speak with their customers like we are paying for the service it’s not for free . Specially this one old woman staff is really rude for no reason working On 7/31/26 .Time for retirement . Very moody and rude to everyone . Never coming back

  Never in my life have I had an experience in a store like the one I did today. I need to get a prepaid shipping label for a visa interview with a consulate. I explained to the worker--a young man maybe a teenager I'm not sure--that I don't know the exact date that the consulate will grant the visa and send my paperwork to me but they ask me to bring a prepaid shipping label to my interview. He started laughing at me and calling me crazy. I wasn't being rude or difficult I was asking what options I have or what I can do. Even as I noticed he was being rude to me I kept calm. A supervisor noticed and told him "Act nice." He stopped for a second but after she walked away he started laughing at me again. After he kept laughing and calling me crazy I just left. I will be calling corporate about this experience because it was truly the worst customer experience of my life. I will never come here again and will avoid UPS in the future. Also, when I called UPS customer service they said I could pick a different drop-off shipping date or send it a little bit after my selected shipping date. They said it wouldn't need to be exact. It seems like they need some training at this location on UPS policy.

  Today while picking up packages, two of the employees, one older woman with dreadlocks and one bald man yelled at me. I don’t regularly have packages delivered to UPS but because I had multiple items being delivered I wanted to avoid the possibility of porch pirates so I had the packages delivered there since it was an option. I told the woman that I had three packages and she asked for my ID which I gave to her but she said it with an attitude. She returned to the register with two packages and I stated that I had three orders. She abruptly responded “just sign.” She informed me that one of the packages required a payment for delivery. I asked her to explain why I needed to pay. She was visibly frustrated with my question. She then asked me to read the tracking number which I did. I asked her why there was a different process for the two shipments even though they were from the same original order. She told me she didn’t work for the company that shipped it and she can only tell me what UPS requires. I asked her what happens if I don’t pick up the item and she said she would return. It. I then took the package and opened it at which point the bald head tried to snatch the package out of my hand. I told him not to snatch anything out of my hands, and he told me that I was in his place of business. I told him that their customer service skills were lacking. He said that they weren’t and that I didn’t like the answer he gave me. I responded by saying that I didn’t like the attitude with which he spoke to me and that I should have the opportunity to ask questions about the delivery. I told him he had a bad attitude and that if he’s in the business of Customer Service, he should behave accordingly. What a horrible experience and one that I will not repeat again. After more than a decade or two of using this location’s services,I will no longer do so. This experience is as poor as the US Postal Service located in the mall by the Trader Joe’s.
