- SWSusan White3 days ago1.0If you’re dropping off an Amazon package you should know printing a label incurs a $3 service fee and an additional 50 cents per page which is this location’s policy as of June 2026. Highly recommend the Staples 2 blocks away which is a UPS access point and has much more reasonable prices for better, kinder service.

I was even able to communicate with them via email, which made things very convenient. They are quite reliable and responsive! Highly recommended!

I dropped off a package and 1 hour later returned to pull an item out of the package that accidentally got in there. They let me get my package, get what i needed, and package it back up!! Definitely choose this location as your go-to, if you live nearby.

The representative who picked up the phone was very nice and tried to help me the best that she could but there was nothing that could be done. I get that things like this happen but this was my first and last time using this location to ship, I’ve shipped with UPS many times and rarely have issues. Overall a very frustrating situation because the package was very important and I expect better handling. Avoid this location.
