  What a great experience. Everyone at the store was very accommodating when I needed to print, notarize and send my documents. Bob went above and beyond. Recommend highly.

  Friendly, lovely people work here! Every time I visit UPS I have such a great experience- and I often feel like their prices are cheaper than FedEx. Would recommend stopping at the Chicago Loop location for any of your work shipment needs.

  Bob was extremely helpful and helping me ship off my two needed packages that I needed to get out the door that day. He was kind enough to print both of my labels in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. I will continue to come to this UPS store whenever I have anything I need to ship

  I needed a document notarized, and I emailed the location for an appointment. I got a quick response regarding the hours for notary. When I stopped in, Bob notarized my documents quickly and gave me additional information regarding other services in the area. I had a deadline I was trying to meet, and Bob's outstanding efforts saved me time. I appreciate the great customer service!
