  Echoing many other reviews, my experience with customer service was disappointing. After I corrected an employee named ‘comero’ or ‘colerro’ who misgendered me, they responded with ‘OK sir, OK ma’am’ in what felt like a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. The interaction was very uncomfortable and I was then left waiting while the employee stopped assisting me to help another customer.

  This place is the real deal. I needed to rent a PO box during a recent relocation to Chicago and was looking for a UPS Store with parking. This location offered that and so much more. The manager, Brittany (as well as all of the staff) was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. There were several times I visited the store and a delivered package was handed to me even before I requested it. It was evident that this was an extremely well-run store and one in which the staff took pride in their work and enjoyed working there. I would absolutely recommend this UPS Store location for all of your shipping, package delivery and mailbox needs!

  I'm on the verge of moving and I needed to ship a couple of boxes and Brittany made it so easy to get these boxes out. I had a question about shipping something fragile and she was so helpful in helping me make that decision. As you know moving is stressful and Brittany made the shipping of my items so smooth. Brittany is kind and sweet and very approachable. The whole team was working hard to help customers during a busy time in there. Great staff!

  The associate who was helping us was NOT PLEASANT to deal with at all …. Didn’t so much as ask us questions about the delivery but demanded information.. also didn’t give clear instructions on the questions he was asking …, My boyfriend and I were on vacation from Dallas, and I was hoping to show him around the area to possibly buy an apartment there, but he was too nice to say anything about how he felt about our visit. Fortunately I am not that type of person…. If this guy hates his job so much maybe he should quit… or he doesn't need to interact with the general PUBLIC... If there is a backroom in this location with a position to be filled maybe he needs to think about that position… The attitude and disrespect to strangers (specially ones on vacation) is completely uncalled for… I suggest maybe a stockroom Also prices were not listed anywhere on what the weights cost

  It’s been frustrating because this location has had a history of inconsistent hours that differ from what are posted on Google and at their store. Now they charge $3.13 to print a prepaid return label.
