  Strongly recommend avoiding this location: extremely poor customer service from Grishma. My package was not delivered. When I called to ask why it was being rerouted, Grishma told me that UPS allows up to three delivery attempts, but that my package would only be attempted once and that my address had been removed. This contradiction made no sense. I explained that I have a newborn at home and I do not have the means to pick up the package, but she repeatedly stated that she could not help me. When I asked to speak with someone that could help me, she claimed she was the manager and told me to call the customer service but refused to provide the number. She became verbally frustrated and hung up on me. I called back a few times and she did not pick up the phone. When I finally got a hold of her, she again refused to provide me with the number to get further help. The dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete unwillingness to help were very upsetting and stressful. In contrast, UPS customer service was pleasant and made steps to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this store still has not delivered my package and UPS Corporate shared that the issue with this store. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend the UPS Store on North Ave and Sedgwick, which has consistently provided lovely service and the staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.

  The staff here(Askash, Kevin, and Jenny) are very efficient and customer service friendly. Grishma, I didn’t forget that you patiently check to see if the mail has arrived when I call. I have rented a box at this location for over four years. This isn’t the staff I first started with , but they’re best so far. You guys are awesome and HONEST!!!Thsnks for the great service.✌🏾

  I really appreciate the great customer service and kindness I receive at this store. There is a parking lot in front of the store which is so helpful.
