  I literally waited 48 minutes standing in line for one notary. The people in front of me were setting up a PO. I left, as I ran out of time, and didn't get my notary. The UPS personnel was still working on their set up when I left! Tell me why this would take an hour, anywhere?! He was in no hurry, even though he saw I was standing there forever. No acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever, no "Sorry this is taking so long", no "I'll be with you as soon as I'm able". Nothing!! It was like I was invisible (p.s. I was the only one in line!) I had to renew my parking three times. Just make sure you have the time when you go there!

  Very disappointed by what I witnessed. An employee became visibly annoyed with an elderly Asian customer who had limited English proficiency because he had multiple boxes to ship. The employee then proceeded to complain about the customer to a coworker while the customer was still standing there, and everyone in line could hear the conversation. This store is located near Chinatown, and the majority of its customers are Asian. The employee's behavior came across as disrespectful and insensitive toward an elderly customer who was already facing a language barrier. Do better, UPS Store Bridgeport!

  Inexcusable time management. Will allow you to make appointments but will not give a courtesy call for cancellations.

  Youre able to schedule notary services online regardless if theres a notary in or not. Call ahead if you dont want your time wasted. But also why even have the feature if nothing is honored?
