  Yesterday I had a great experience at the UPS store at 32 and Halsted. Linda was very helpful and kind. She made it easy for me to print the label and return the package.

  I am going to say this, and I'm only going to say it once you have the best people working for you. I think her name was Linda and maybe the manager there was named Dennis. You lose these people, you might as well close down from what I understand I don't see the same people there. Ever, what's the problem here? You need to come in and see how hard they work.I am always sending my daughter packages to telehoma tennessee, and I always say to them. Where's your help? I used to see a lot of them there, but you know what to me you're not paying them. I know I wouldn't stay. I used to work at a place like this. Good samaritan hospital, 20 years of it, and if you don't believe me, check it out. And half of those people there did nothing and got more than me, but I only stuck it out because I had 2 girls in college. If you don't pay these people more money, you might as well close your place down bottom line..

  I run a small business and had to run to the ups store about an hour before close to drop off a large order of nearly 80 packages. Linda, one of the store attendants, helped me promptly scan in every package and maintained a good attitude despite the torture I put her through (I’m sorry Linda, I’ll buy you coffee next time!) Everyone at this store are kind, professional, and helpful. Postal workers are the backbone of our country and this store is a stunning example of that!

  Really great customer service! Linda and Brandon were amazing! Had to print and ship some documents/item and I had no idea how to but Linda went above and beyond to help me get them shipped out (running an errand for my husband so I am clueless about the process) Thank you so so much for your help!
