The first employee claimed my return was missing an item, making me walk home in a fever to look for it. I returned back to double check if it was somewhere behind the counter and voilà!! My item WAS there and the second employee joked "Casper" found it. sorry if your lives are that miserable, but why are you being unprofessional for fun....?

Overall, the service was very quick, looking forward to dropping off another package so I could relive this moment again. Cheers!
