  Was told I couldn't ship an electronic device. Shared I had a label - then was told they could take it. Asked to print their own label and I was charged $2 to print it. Lmao. Franchisees are hard up - share some of that cash, UPS!

  Told me the system was down at all stores and I could not mail my package. I called the only other one open and now have to rush half way across the city after being lied to that all of the systems at all stores were not working. Obviously the employee has never had urgent express mail to send at the end of a work day. Not some amazon return or other bs.

  I went there twice because it’s the closest one to my house,but now I have to and will go to another one,because both times they wouldn’t verify my signature on the letter as a notary, finding ridiculous reasons,for example that my letter is not following certain template etc,I came there so they verify it’s me and my signature on the letter,btw my letter had everything and even more than it’s needed,but they show me totally different template,that doesn’t fit my situation even. In two different locations(47 W Polk St and 6177 N Lincoln Ave) they verified it saying it’s perfect and doesn’t need any correction-both times. If you want to save your nerves go to the other location,not recommending -at all.

  There’s a lady who works there who’s just SO rude! Like others said this is the closest location to my place but I know it’ll be an unpleasant visit whenever I need to go to this UPS location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. On June 4th, I visited the store to return a package. The representative placed the new shipping label on the box but failed to remove or properly cover the old label, even though I specifically asked for it to be removed or covered. As a result, the package was delivered back to my home address instead of reaching its intended destination. To resolve the issue, I had to spend additional time contacting the company, explaining the situation, and requesting a new return label because the original one had expired. I then returned to the UPS Store expecting them to help correct a mistake that originated during my previous visit. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me refused to provide her name, was extremely rude and dismissive, and took no responsibility for the error. Rather than offering a reasonable solution or showing any concern for the inconvenience caused, she insisted that I pay additional fees to print the replacement label. Mistakes happen, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated as a customer. I hope management addresses both the training and customer service standards at this location to prevent similar experiences for others.
