Some of their equipment options for customers to use hasn't worked for years! How long does it take to put in a simple work order for a repair? I can't count the number of times they told me "That doesn't work..." I only go here to ship Amazon returns. Anything like faxing, or remotely complicated, I take to FedEx Kinkos on Canal. It's too bad, because some of the newer employees are nice. Unfortunately, Management has been out to lunch here since day one!

Horrible service and inconsistent policy. UPS policy is that packages routed via ACCESS point program are free of charge to the customer - UPS pays the store franchisee on the backend. This scamming store double-dipped by charging me on top! I went to pick up an item for hold and I was asked to pay 5 dollars. I have never in my life seen such a charge. This UPS store is franchisee-owned and NOT corporate owned. For all those reading. Watch the owner reply pretending to be “concerned” but it is he/she who set this fee in the first place. Imagine if someone is receiving an important package or medically-related items and has no choice but to be extorted by this scummy store owner. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank since at no point did I ever agree to these charges. The store gets paid by the merchant shipping the item and wants to double dip. Well, the owner can now enjoy the additional $25+ chargeback fee.

The lady at the counter was so rude. I don’t understand working in customer service if you genuinely hate people.

I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews because I’ve always had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and professional, and I’ve never had an issue with their service. I just wanted to share my positive experience!

Was told I couldn't ship an electronic device. Shared I had a label - then was told they could take it. Asked to print their own label and I was charged $2 to print it. Lmao. Franchisees are hard up - share some of that cash, UPS!
