  When I visited the store, I was immediately welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. They were incredibly helpful when I brought in two boxes, recommending stronger tape to make sure they were securely packaged. Although they mentioned the tape would cost $1.50, they generously taped both boxes for me completely free of charge. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service and a welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my colleagues, friends, and family!

  I’ve been coming here for some time now and they have always provided quick and consistent services. I usually do small returns for clothes that I ordered. If I didn’t have time to secure the package before bringing it in, they will do it for you for a couple bucks! Staff are very nice and patient.

  I love this UPS store and Dana (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong) specifically. I had a very important package that I was waiting for over the course of Labor Day weekend. It got delayed as packages sometimes due and we have just moved so I was not used to our new buildings protocol for handling packages that need a signature and they were relentless and making sure I was updated on when it got to the store after I had it redirected there. My dad passed this past weekend and having them check in with me really helped when so much of the rest of my life is chaos. Thank you.

  There is a walk-in fee. When I got there, I asked if there was a notary, and they said yes; he was in today. After I filled out my papers and asked to have them notarized, I was told there was an additional $10 walk-in fee for the notary, in addition to the walk-in fee for faxing and printing. He also said that he was busy and I would have to make an appointment. There was one other customer in the store. I said Can you help me after you are finished with that customer? He said no, and he had appointments all day, including one at 11:00. It was past 11:00, and they could have given the shipping task to someone else and then notarized my document. The notary was an arrogant jerk. While I was filling out papers, they could have told me I needed an appointment. It seemed that they were amused at my predicament.
