  I've been coming to this store from time to time for the past couple years and everybody here has been nothing but professional and patient and today was no different. I'm always grateful for their help. I'm also so very surprised at how people here in the community can treat these hard working people so horribly sometimes.... Pretty shocking coming from an LGBTQ neighborhood. I guess their not as inclusive or as patient as they make themselves out to be. Job well done to these beautiful people here. (ALSO, the store is very neat and clean, it goes a long way) Have a blessed day guys. 💜

  I was just refused service at this store. A store clerk with a name tag that said "Dude" on it refused to pack and ship my return of an Amazon Kindle with my Amazon shipping label. He refused the paid UPS service of boxing and packing the device (a core service which I made clear I was paying for myself), got verbally abusive, and told me he didn't care if I complained about him or his refusing service. I've had nasty encounters in this store before (and clearly many others have from the reviews here.) But I've never been flat-out refused a paid UPS Store service or been chewed out by an employee for asking for one. I have far more respect for myself as a person than "Dude" had for me as a customer. I told Amazon what happened and they gave me an account credit for the trouble of having now to go to a different store. [EDIT] I just looked on Yelp and this store was SHUT DOWN temporarily at the end of April. Now I'm glad I didn't leave my $200 device in their hands. There is clearly something shady going on with this location.

  walked here with 4 heavy packages just for them to have locked the doors and put a “sorry for the inconvenience” sign on the door while the employees just stood there talking. no reason, no explanation. i had to continue carrying my 4 heavy packages to my next location as i didn’t have enough time to go home. ridiculous

  had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store in Bryn Mawr. I went there to send important documents, and I was quoted an extremely high price (over $400) for shipping within the U.S., which felt unreasonable and was not clearly explained. I decided to check another UPS location, and they charged me only $39.39 for the same type of shipment. That huge price difference is unacceptable. When I asked for clarification at the Bryn Mawr location, I didn’t receive a clear or helpful explanation. As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and honest guidance about available options. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend comparing prices with other locations or carriers before using this store.
