  This is a great store. It's right off the #36 bus stop. My main purpose in going to thhis store is to send cerified mail through the USPS. They offer notary services printing packing shipping scanning and faxing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is also clean.

  I went to the UPS Store #0857 and asked for assistance with a print job that I already had done and set up on the UPS website. I was simply hoping that they could confirm I had set up the order correctly, the person in the store (Brittany) was quite rude and said “I guess” then proceeded with to ignore me for 20 minutes. I also asked if I could use a tax-exemption certificate as the print is for a university, she said no because she does not know how to. Ultimately, I called this store and got a hold of Ree who was so kind and immediately helpful on the phone that I came here instead to get help from her. Ree is extemely professional, kind, and so helpful! She asked me to email my file to the store and she set up the entire thing for me, did a test print to show me, and it was perfect! She was able to do a tax exemption and even sent me off with a box to hold all of my prints so they wouldn’t get wrinkled in transit. Ree was also the only person working and as she was simultaneously working on my print she was helping other customers that kept coming so that a line didn’t stack up. Amazing employee! Don’t know what I would’ve done without her help! There definitely needs to be more than one employee, Ree handled it all with no problem but watching her jump from one thing to another, it’s not fair for one person to be doing all of that.

  I haven’t had any problems with this UPS store. All my packages manages to go to where they have to go and they do it sufficiently No problems and I’ve been going to them for years with no problem at all thank you UPS for all that you do.

  I am a frequent UPS shipper and rely on professional service. I have been at other UPS stores and found this store employees knowledgable and helpful. Remember these are locally owned businesses.
