  I've been coming to this UPS Store for a couple years now, and the new franchise owner has really made a difference. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the changes for the better are certainly noticeable. Every time a great experience!

  I am a spoiled amazon customer, where we don't need to pack and just drop it off, so with same attitude I walked in this UPS store, where I encounter a young men and he explain me that I need a box to return it.I didn't have any box. I told him that this is my first time at UPS store. He surprisingly offer me a free of charge box and he pack my returned item.I am blown away with his awesome customer service, as I was leaving he politely ask me to write a review for his service that would help his store.Here you go young man, I wish i had remembered his name. :(.

  My least favourite thing is writing a review, but i do understand these days reviews count a lot. I really had a good experience at UPS store. when I walked in I was third in line and I was thinking I had to wait at least 30 minutes, but suddenly, one gentleman comes out of the back office and politely ask me, how can I help you.This middle age gentlemen politely explain me all the options and suggested me the best option.He even offered me free of charge a box and professionally pack my item. I am very pleased with there service and I will definitely go back again.

  If I could issue 0 stars, I would. I am writing this to express my disappointment in a shipment that was sent from this location to AZ. Upon receipt one of the more expensive pottery pieces was broken as a result of inadequate packaging to support and protect during the rigors of shipping cross country. Given the fragile nature of the pottery it was specifically expressed to the employee to make sure it was properly/securely packaged to prevent breakage. Included is the image of packaging which is totally unacceptable. I had the false expectation that I could trust UPS in doing their job. I will not be using this facility for any future mailings. Exercise caution, or pack yourself when shipping fragile items from this location. The last photo is how it was received. Recipient could tell the items were moving around.
