  The staff working the afternoon of Tuesday June 23rd, 2026 were absolutely amazing! I didn't catch their names, but they went above and beyond to help me. I arrived with several boxes plus a bunch of loose items that still needed to be packed. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly, making the entire process quick and stress-free. I was in and out much faster than I expected. Everything arrived at its destination on time, and the packaging was honestly the best I've ever received. Thank you for the outstanding service, and I'm sorry for showing up just five minutes before closing! I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

  One of the best UPS stores! Employees are always super efficient, helpful and friendly! They make everything so easy and effortless for the customers.

  This is one of the approved locations for Amazon returns. When I returned my item to the store, they charged me two dollars to process the return. They have a contract with Amazon for free returns and Amazon assured me that they should not be charging an extra fee. On top of it all, the woman says she refuses to coordinate with Amazon about their policy being different than their contract with Amazon. She told me it’s not her job and then refused to speak to me anymore. She nevertheless took my item and has still not processed the return. *UPS Store replied below. They want to make it seem that they are charging $2 for packaging and preparation of the returns. This is not true. They are charging $2 for "processing the return" which is not allowed.
