If the barcode for your return says customer packed you will have to have your return label printed off and your boxes taped shut or you will be charged a packaging fee. If you are doing a happy return you do not need any packaging or label just the QR code. If it says no box no label you can just bring the item and qr code in. Lastly if you need a label printed this image has the cost of it

- DVDr. Alberto VaronaApr 7, 20261.0This is one of the approved locations for Amazon returns. When I returned my item to the store, they charged me two dollars to process the return. They have a contract with Amazon for free returns and Amazon assured me that they should not be charging an extra fee. On top of it all, the woman says she refuses to coordinate with Amazon about their policy being different than their contract with Amazon. She told me it’s not her job and then refused to speak to me anymore. She nevertheless took my item and has still not processed the return. *UPS Store replied below. They want to make it seem that they are charging $2 for packaging and preparation of the returns. This is not true. They are charging $2 for "processing the return" which is not allowed.
