  Joe was beyond helpful. I came in literally crying, overwhelmed by a shipping-related emergency. Not only did Joe resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes, he also talked me down & reaffirmed my self-esteem. Give him a raise IMMEDIATELY!! If you don’t, that means you don’t care about customer feedback.

  Joe was very polite and got the job done quickly. Even though he was alone while having a long line, he kept his composure and got through the line fast. Great job.

  Joe was SO HELPFUL! My home printer stopped working and I needed some things printed same-day on specific paper. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable and got my things printed for me within a few minutes. I'll def be using this location again.

  Went in to pick up some shipping supplies at 6pm 7/29, an hour before closing, and the kid with the glasses and curly hair had apparently just mopped the floors and trying to dry it by flapping a cardboard box. I opened the door and and stopped when I realized what was happening, questioning to enter or not. The other employee asked if I needed anything while the kid with glasses threw his hands up and walked to the back to begin pacing in frustration. I needed a cardboard box and wasnt sure of the size, but the kid that created me was kind enough to show me some different sizes. The kid with the glasses was condescending saying it would be better if I knew the dimensions of what I needed specifically. I payed and was out the door by 6:09pm, spending almost $50 in the store. I dont appreciate being made to feel like Im the inconvenience when your employee decides to try to close early and ride the clock the rest of his shift. Another customer also came in to drop off a package as this transpired. I should have turned around and left before entering the store, or confronted the kid with the glasses for being a baby. What i recommend is show up to this location after 6pm walk around through the store front and leave without buying anything if they cant be bothered being more welcoming to customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. Yesterday, I placed a printing order and paid $99. Today, I came back to pick it up. I showed my receipt and politely asked the employee if my order was ready. The employee was busy, which I understand, but his attitude was very rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if he wanted to argue instead of helping me. There were many customers in the store, and I felt embarrassed by the way I was treated. I left feeling very upset. The way I was treated made me feel singled out, and I personally felt that racism may have played a role in how I was treated. Whether that was the intention or not, that was how the experience made me feel. Customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their race, background, or language. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better customer service in the future.
