  Fantastic! Bob, the owner, went above and beyond for our shipment of 12 boxes. He was super friendly and professional, and he saved us so much time and money! Trevor was warm and helpful at the shop processing the shipment. We were pretty stressed and these two put us at ease - and our boxes arrived exactly when promised! Just such a great experience.Thank you so much!

  Trevor was extremely rude and disrespectful. He insisted that he signed/notarized the form before I signed, despite that being against protocol. A notary should not notarize a document until after the subject of the document has signed. He insisted on this and was combative and rude while doing so. Furthermore, I signed the form on the counter, not 2 feet from him, and he patronized me for 1)not waiting for him (despite this being against protocol) and 2) signing where “he couldn’t see” despite me being literally in front of his face. Overall very unprofessional, it’s wild to get a power trip over being a notary.

  I write this immediately after this experience - it’s 7:04. I kid you not, the clock turned 7:01 just as I tried to open the door and it was already locked. All I had to do was drop off the package and get a receipt and the guy said “we’re closed”. Rude, not cool, poor service.
