The male employee working at the first counter as you enter on May 1 around 3 PM refused to accept my package and sent me to the post office, only for the post office to send me back. This caused unnecessary back and forth and wasted time and money. When I returned and said staff should be mindful of customers’ time and money, he told me to leave and go to another location. He called me angry and was extremely defensive and unprofessional. However, another employee at the same location accepted my package without issue, which I appreciated. Because of that, my review is mixed: one employee was helpful and professional, while the first interaction was unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful and could have been handled much better. I hope management addresses this so other customers do not have the same experience.

They make it so easy to mail packages and handle returns. And you can get things notarized! Glad to have them in the neighborhood.
