  Under new ownership and the new owners are great! Everyone is professional and things ship on time and don’t sit on shelves like previously. They are great this is the only UPS I will ship from now!

  This place has totally turned around. Dakota and Dave are the real deal. I was worried about coming here since I’ve had some really bad experiences, but seems like this store is under new management, and it’s finally legit! Dakota even accepted my huge USPS return. If things keep going this way, this store might become a dependable neighborhood staple.

  Dakota and Dave hooked me up! They were very nice and able to help me send a USPS box. The USPS location near this store is PO Boxes only and Dakota and Dave were able to help me get my box sent so I didn’t have to go to California and Fullerton!

  Thank goodness this neighborhood UPS Store is under its new management, and the difference is noticeable! It’s more efficient and welcoming, making a quick errand easy. A special shoutout to Patty, who is always there with a smile and the patience to help anyone. Overall, the new ownership seems to be doing a fantastic job, and I’ll keep coming back to versus having to travel crosstown to other locations. Highly recommend!
