I called and confirmed that notary services would be available, got to the store, and was told that the woman working there could not do notary because "it takes a while" and "another customer might come in" (store was completely empty at the time). I then asked for a shipping label and was told to go home and make one on the website myself. What's even the point of this store? It may as well just be a box....
