- TCtania castilloSep 27, 20265.0I came here for the first time a couple days ago to deliver a package and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing given the fact that I have never shipped anything in my life ( I know shocking!). Luckily and thankfully, one of the workers that was there walked me through the process of getting everything situated for me. She made this experience super smooth for me. She was super attentive and very informative but most importantly she was extremely patient with me. It’s extremely hard to come across someone that provides genuine and friendly customer service now a days. This company needs to hire more people like her. I also do have to say, that as a person with anxiety, this employee put me at ease. I hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves and continues to grow with this company because again, more companies need to hire people like her. Thank you so much Mara Camacho for making this experience one of the best ones. I will continue coming to this store for all of my packaging needs and will surely recommend it to others!
