That kind of nickel-and-diming for something so minor doesn’t sit right with me. This is exactly the kind of thing that turns a routine errand into an unpleasant experience. Customer service should be about making things easier, not adding extra fees for trivial tasks. Calling this “good service” feels like a stretch. I’ll definitely be choosing a different location next time.
