- MBmatt black6 days ago1.0Guy at the copy center would not help me resize a print from 8.5x11 to 11.5 x17 claiming "he couldn't do it on the computer." Obviously not true for a basic print operation and wasted a bunch of my time.

Their team was extremely busy with managing phone calls, assisting customers, and errors in printers that caused delays but they continued to persevere and treated each delay or experience with a smile. This Staples lived up to its motto “That was easy” and made the frustrating moments so easy to move past! Thanks Victoria and thanks Shop and Print Team for a job well done!

Customer interaction should reflect professionalism and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was lacking here. Stephanie’s attitude made the environment uncomfortable, and it felt as though assisting customers was more of a burden than a priority. A more respectful and approachable tone would go a long way in improving the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service plays a significant role in how a business is perceived.

I had to wait around 10 minutes just to print something simple, even though there was no line and he wasn’t busy at all. I approached him in a very polite and friendly way, but his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed and unwilling to do his job. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be about respect and willingness to help, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this place if this is how customers are treated.
