Bad customer service I mean bad my experience today was Terrible. I asked four employees for help because they had the backpacks locked to the shelf which means an employee had to unlock it. It took them like 10mins to remember I needed help with them unlocking the backpack. I shouldn’t have to keep asking for help. Really not please with the service

⭐️ 1 Star HORRIBLE experience at the Staples on Canal Street. I ordered 30 balloons on Thursday and picked them up Friday. They were all floating when I picked them up, but I took them to my daughter’s going-away trunk party and within about 8 hours, approximately 16 balloons were already on the floor. They didn’t even last 24 hours. I called the store to see if anything could be done, and the manager on duty told me there was nothing they could do and blamed it on how the balloons were stored. If that were really the issue, why did only about half of the balloons fall while the others continued floating? I’ve purchased plenty of balloons from Party City that lasted days or even weeks. I have NEVER had balloons fail within 8 hours. This was for a special event for my daughter, so having nearly half the balloons deflate that quickly was extremely disappointing. The lack of customer service made the experience even worse. The decision to put Party City products/services inside Staples has been a horrible idea based on this experience. I will not be purchasing balloons from this location again.

Their worst staples ever, everyone so rude, not enough people, I was with my baby asking for the restroom. No one care, no one helps. Besides me many other people complaining and no one care about anything, I recommend to go never.
