  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I’m not the only one who thinks this. More reviews here with the same comments. People who work here just don’t want to be here and don’t want to help customers. This is why people would rather want to go to Amazon instead of coming to stores like this.

  Araya took such a good passport photo for me! But most importantly she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. Definitely recommend asking for her if you ever need to take a passport photo!

  I ordered some trifold brochures to be printed at this location. They got them printed on time, but they weren’t folded. Which is fine - it’s a quick fix. When I asked them to fold them for me quickly, they said that I needed to place another order just for the folding and they wouldn’t get it done until the next day. Completely outrageous. It was 50 brochures and the folding machine was right there. It takes less than a minute to do. I asked to talk to a manager, and the manager said the same thing. Now here’s the kicker, I didn’t pay for the brochures when I ordered them and they would rather have me walk out without picking up or paying for a $70 order than run it through a folding machine quickly. I’ve been to different locations where they went above and beyond, and thought I would experience the same thing here. But at this rate of Customer Service, this place deserves to go under whenever that time comes. What happened to trying to help customers?

  This store has poor customer service. I have experienced rude and obnoxious behavior from the cashiers more than once. Today was particularly egregious.I was there to return several boxes that I purchased at this location and no longer needed. After telling the cashier i wanted to return the boxes, she responded her sarcastically, while rolling her eyes at me she said, "you want to return these boxes?" "Do you have a receipt"? Firstly, returning the boxes met Staples return policy and secondly, why off the cuff she asking me if i had a receipt? The implications of this are too numerous to describe in this review, being a person of color and all. Needless to say, she never explained how or when i would receive my refund nor did she did thank me for my business. She just handed me a receipt at the end and looked at the customer in line behind me, very RUDE!

  I'm not sure if the staff at this location is understaffed or underpaid or both but the customer service is absolute trash. I really really want to support our local staples, but unfortunately, this will be my last time in. They will do everything in their power to blame you until you can prove it was something on their end and then, you don't even get an apology. They made it right begrudgingly and then directed ME to put the directions in the notes next time, when I was following staples software and followed the directions on my end. The software told them to print it a different way, I'm not the engineer that coded the system, friends?! Mind you it took me nearly 10 minutes to get helped to begin with. I left, found the printing was completely wrong and had to return. I was planning to print a $1500 project here but I will find somewhere owned locally and pay a premium instead. And I can guarantee the employees couldn't care less about losing my money.
