We needed to get custom other country visa pictures which was not available at other stores where they offer passport picture service and were successful here at staples. Store has Computer , office and school related product. Store is a good value for home and office and picture service product in a city neighborhood quite a few educational and residential facilities in the area.

Looking for a bride tiara called store before we went was told they had plenty asked them to place it on hold, arrived 15min later to discover they didn’t have any at all on birthday and I specifically said bride and they said yes we had it. So I wasted money in a uber to go they and leave with nothing

I have been shopping at this location for many years as a Chicago resident. I plan to keep doing so whenever the needs arise. Pretty reliable. I was in a rush today, in between meetings, and just needed a box of pens for an event later. These folks could not have been friendlier, like Jen at checkout. Jen helped me sign up for Staples Easy Rewards and it was quick and painless. I just wanted to write this review as a means of thanking her and her colleagues, for who knows what these folks have to deal with every workday in a downtown store?

The store is always kind of a mess with inventory issues. (lots of items unavailable) but the more frustrating thing about this store is the staff. I had ordered something for pickup, got a notice it had arrived but when I arrived to pick it up it took 45 min and three store associates (all clearly annoyed they had to help) to find the box that was at the front desk in plain view. No apologies. The woman I encounter regularly at the register is incredibly frustrating, rude and unprofessional. I avoid this store when possible becuase of the staff.

Whoever the black kid is with the nasty dreads and piercings is very unprofessional. He refused to help me. Instead of showing me where the item is he kept pointing and acted as though he didn't want to help. Very RUDE!
