- NMNeil Manansala6 days ago1.0Walked in just now, approached 2 male workers - a tall African-American man, and a short Caucasian bald man with glasses - politely asked them, “Excuse me, do you have a moment?” And they just.. completely ignored me for a full 30 seconds. Didn’t say, “We’ll be right there,” or “Give us one moment please,” just literally ignored my existence. No wonder the store is empty

I waited downstairs on the floor for about 5-7 minutes to return an item on Amazon, but there was no one there. I had to go upstairs to ask for assistance, and then go back downstairs. Later, Bill, the general manager, came to help me, and the process took less than a minute. Please do better.

The return label I had stuck was coming off, Louise who was helping me said she would need to put more tape and charged me $3 for just taping the return label on the package. This is insane! She was so rude when I asked about this charge and said this is a new thing, while I returned something just this same morning and the other lady who was helping me put my return labels in a secure cover and stuck that on the items I was returning. This is crazy and you shouldn’t be looting customers like this.
