  They are reselling Pokemon cards for a 50% mark up. They should under $5 like they are at CVS, Walgreens, target. I will not stop till you guys stop being scalpers

  I went in to drop off a package and they told me the they couldn’t accept the QR code I had shown them and told me I have to go to the UPS Store. Instead of helping me understand why or asking if there’s anything else they can do to help me, they just walked away. Their colleague walked by and stated the same response with an attitude. This is not the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location. I had previously dropped off a Nuuly package for shipment and it went missing. On another occasion they told me to not give Staples my phone number for a discount code because then they’d text me a ton. Unfortunately I won’t be able to keep using this location due to their unhelpful customer service and inconsistency. Sigh

  Customer service was great. Sales associate walked me to the products, to show me accurate price on sale.

  Dear Staple Corp. I was so disappointed today . I was here and asked the manager for helped to find the stuffs at the store . The manager guy’ve alway acted like he didn’t care , the first time he made mistakes about my tax-exempt that he didn’t put it when I gave to him . I had to called Staple to adjusted it after got back home . And today again , I was in the store and asked him about products that I will purchase over $100 . He didn’t provide the information even he available. That was bad . This guy seem like not a well trained , not professional and don’t have a good service mind at all How could he be a store manager ? I hope Staple Corp. will consider that and no wonder why the store always quiet here and less customers.
