To counter the sycophantic reviews of employees and inform any owner contemplating selling to this group: If I could give this company zero stars, it wouldn't be good enough. I need negative stars. This corporation has absolutely DESTROYED our local childcare center. We've had two kids who attended, one before the acquistion and one started after. It has been made extremely clear that this firm does not prioritize the children and their development, it is solely about the bottom line. They starve their centers of resources, push out great labor in favor of low wages, and have created such mass attrition that centers can barely operate. Their answer: find reasons to expel 2 yr olds for age-appropriate behavior and cloak it in "safety concerns". "They ran to the other side of the playground", "they jumped off some furniture"," there was a fight over a toy", etc. All turned into "safety concerns" in an attempt to justify expulsion and relieve unqualifed teachers from any adversity of teaching very young children. Apparently, they believe this is the easier answer to their attrition problems than actually addressing the issue of appropriate resourcing. Their Mission Statement is an absolute joke. There is zero embodiment of it, at least for their Colorado region. Their unqualified regional directors are likely a major source of the issue. Their incompetence likely leads to not only a breach of their contracts, but also non-compliance with state law. If you are a child center owner contemplating selling to Premier, I strongly urge you to look at these cases and factor them into your assessment. They WILL destroy the legacy that you built.

If you can afford to send your kid to a locally owned non corporate daycare/pre school I would recommend that over this company.

We were acquired by Premier just over a year ago. It has been a smooth transition and the amount of support has been incredible. We have incorporated so many family and public events that have assisted us in building strong relationships within our community. I love the way that this strong corporation can still provide a family focused atmosphere!

It’s been 2 months since I started working with PECEP, and it has truly been an amazing journey so far. Everyone on the team is incredibly supportive, welcoming, and passionate about the work they do. The amount of hard work, dedication, and care that each team puts into running the centers and creating a positive environment for children is truly commendable. Being part of such a professional organization has been a great learning experience for me, and I’m grateful to work alongside such amazing people every day.
