  I have been part of AOAAM for a long time, and NAV & Associates has been alongside us for most of that journey. As a member, then as a board leader, and for the past two years as President, I have watched them keep this Academy running through every season, and I can say with confidence that the partnership has never been stronger than it is right now. What I have seen these past two years is a management team that keeps raising its own bar. NAV rebuilt our marketing from the ground up, our website, our social media presence, and a digital program that puts AOAAM in front of the physicians who need us. They produce more than twenty CME accredited webinars a year, end to end. They manage two active federal SAMHSA grants with the compliance rigor those programs demand. They support our conference presence and our advocacy in Washington, and they deliver clean financials to our board every month. As President, I never wonder whether something is getting done. It is. The best part is that NAV lets our physician leaders focus on medicine and mission instead of administration.
