  I came in today for my I-9 appointment and left very frustrated with how I was treated. I didn't get the employee's name, but I was there around 5:15 PM on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, so the owner should be able to tell who was working that shift. The employee was rude and honestly didn't seem interested in helping me at all. On top of that, he clearly wasn't familiar with the I-9 process. My attorney had sent me in with all the documents needed to complete the I-9, and he still had no idea what to do with them. I even got him on the phone with the I-9 representative on call, and he still couldn't get it done. In the end he just told me to come back later. I took time out of my day for this appointment and had everything I needed, so being sent away like that is really disappointing. I'd ask the owner to please look into this and take appropriate action. At the very least, this employee needs proper training on the I-9 process so other customers who show up with the right documents aren't turned away like I was.

  They taught me everything I needed to know about the services available and while Im not thrilled to pay a high price for the heavy items, (like any does at all am I right?), it freed me from having to spend another 30 minutes trying to figure out packaging and supplies or even wrapping.
