  If I could give a 0 I would. Rudest employees, clearly miserable. Extremely unhelpful, inconsiderate, and incompetent.

  This location has friendly staff however one of the drivers at this location did not bother actually attempting to deliver my package. I stayed home all day waiting for Apple device because it needed signature just to be home and the driver never attempted to ring bell and deliver. I called customer support just to be sent to a location 40 minutes away after he stated 3 was a good time to go and get package just to arrive and be told the driver has not even made it yet! Left location for a hour and a half came back driver still has not arrived! Supervisor Emanuel over the phone said it’s not possible to file complaint on representative because they couldn’t find out who it was. All of this because driver didn’t bother ringing the bell in the first place! All in all totally frustrating experience all together on a 95 degree day.

  If you can avoid shipping with them, please do. "Customer unavailable" yeah right. Dealing with their support team is terrible (they lie to you just to get you out of their hair) and I have to go pick my package up every time.

  Hace dos 06-09-2026 alrededor de 2:11 pm dias fui a la clinica acces health en 3040 s Cicero su empleado de FEDEX estaba llegando a la clínica al igual que yo . YO al ver q el tenia una carga en un carro para entregar me dispuse a abrirle la puerta para que el pasara primero en eso veo q el pone si mano en el botón 3 veces de señal de silla de ruedas cuando yo ta tenia la mano en la puerta para abrirle la puerta y yo todavía le dije espere yo le abro en eso se me viene la puerta con fuerza y me golpea la puerta el pie y por su estupidez de su prisa no esperar yo abrirle la puerta me golpeó la puerta con toda la fuerza en el dedo del pie q fui a parar a emergencias
