Service, wenn es keinen gibt, dann kann man die beiden Damen auch nicht bewerten (wäre aber eine 0 wegen der Arroganz).
- JJJoanna JennensDec 17, 20251.0Highly recommend using a different location. Employee was rude and insisted I would be charged an extra $10 for a prepaid package dropoff. I asked her why and she said it is because they are part of a hotel. The explanation made no sense. There's plenty of other locations in the area, so will take my business elsewhere.

- BMBrenden MooreMay 18, 20221.0I would not recommend using this location to ship out pre-paid packages. They attempt to charge a “drop-off” fee because they have a “union contract” with the hotel. Ironically, only one employee tries to charge this fee. That’s Chicago for you. Avoid this location and find another FedEx.
