  I dropped off my Priority Overnight package at 1:53 PM, well before the scheduled pickup. Unfortunately, the drop box was not emptied until after the pickup had already occurred, which delayed my package despite paying for Priority Overnight service. What’s even more frustrating is dealing with FedEx customer service. The experience was incredibly frustrating, and I received little to no help or accountability regarding the issue. I paid for an expedited service and expected FedEx to meet that commitment. Instead, their handling of the package caused an unnecessary delay, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for it. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of customer support. FedEx needs to do better.

  Only cause I can’t give a zero, Tyree was rude. Threw me out at 8:02 said he was gonna to physically remove me from the store. As I was trying to clean up my mess. I will give a much better review if he’s fired. This is so sad because I won’t let up on anyone but when you’re in customer service and you’re two minutes late because I’m actually trying to clean up their mess and mine. This was an unbelievable unrealistic totally non-customer centric. I asked another individual to help me with cutting any room 60% of my cut only because they cutter didn’t work or I would’ve cut them myself perfectly. After he ruined 60% of my card stock, he said what did you want me to do cut them by hand again, sarcastic and rude. Avoid this store at all cost. There are many locations in Chicago. Please don’t step into this one because you’re stepping into a little shop of horrors.

  I should've looked at the reviews before I came here. Im a small business owner and brought in my printouts for binding and they did the most awful job. They ruined THREE of the planners I created. They ruined a cover, made a copy of it and tried to make it look like it was the original cover. They also ruined other pages and made copies, used different type of paper, didnt even print it double sided, and added it to the planner. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just awful. The worst part is that they didnt even tell me. They just put it at the bottom of the stack. Hoping that I wouldn't notice??? 😩

  Easily the worst FedEx print and ship I've been to. The printers constantly don't print out what you tell it to print and it still charges you. The employee is just not helpful at all. I'd rather make a 30 minute trip out elsewhere than come back to this dump.
