  I was extremely nervous about shipping my package because of experiences I’ve had before with other shipping partners. Danielle the store manager ensured me I’ll be in great hands and also she ensured me my package would be insured and delivered the next day. She was patient and kind and went over all my shopping options. and my package was in face delivered the next day which exceeded my expectations. This was a $20,000 Rolex watch I was shipping back to Rolex for repair and she packaged the box went above and beyond to ensure all items are correct before sending it off. I didn’t feel rushed or like she was trying to get me out the line to get to another customer. She was extremely nice and I’m grateful I went to that location and encountered her. She made my day and Rolex called me and said the watch made it safely. Major shout out to Danielle she truly changed my whole experience on using a shipping partner for expensive items.

  Rude, rude rude so damn rude walking they have attitude they slow you waiting at the counter. Nobody is nice. Nobody say how you doing and how can I help you just smudge look on a face just rude and disrespectful. Like why are you working if you don’t wanna be here like I would never support this damn FedEx

  This FedEx store is a complete disaster. The front desk clerk, the lady with curly hair is incredibly rude and clearly lacks any knowledge of shipping procedures. She refused to assist me in obtaining a basic shipping estimate, instead kept rolling her eyes as if I were at her mercy. It was a complete waste of time.
