  I came in wanting to know poster sizes for pics I wanted blown up. As I waited in line I witnessed a male employee respond sarcastically to a customer asking a question. I was surprised. The other workers did not bat an eye. I asked about poster sizes and the young lady pointed in a direction and was very vague. I had to ask context questions to pull more information out of her. All I wanted to know was poster sizes. I just left. I will not pay for a service if the person rendering the service is going to be rude. They should have just called off today. Illinois law allows it!

  This store rocks, every time I go into the store I have no issues. The team is playful and inviting. I also see how well they handle the customers that come in with attitudes, mistreatment, and the entitled behavior. They handle them superb. People need the understand those are people behind that counter same as you. Show them some respect instead of coming in acting a plum fool because someone told you no that they cannot do that at this time. Child, I'm pray for the store. Thank you FedEx Team.

  This FedEx is amazing; I have heard a bunch of hoopla about this place. They handle themselves with professionalism to the T. They dealt with condescending attitudes, people telling them how to act, difficult print orders, as well as aggressive behaviors from the public and still deliver amazing results. Keep up the good work. I would of took a picture of the amazing team but by law, can't do it without their consent. Thank you to Christopher for the amazing help.
