- LMLeo M2 days ago5.0Kendra was a great help. She was upfront about the handling fee set by the hotel. Exceptional service.
- SSSavannah Stewart6 days ago5.0I seriously can’t say enough good things about this FedEx. I needed a 36x36 poster printed on super short notice for a conference, and they were literally the only place in Chicago that could do it. They noticed my margins were off and actually called me before printing. I had already had a pretty rough day and was honestly about to cry on the phone, and they were so kind and patient with me. They canceled my original order, reprinted the poster, and cut off the extra white space so perfectly that you couldn’t even tell there had ever been an issue. They also made sure I knew the price before I came in, which I really appreciated. They genuinely saved my presentation. And then they even followed up with me today to make sure everything went well 😭 I’m so grateful. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve had.

- SHSean HegartySep 6, 20261.0They charge extra because it’s in a hotel. The people were nice enough but I hate surprise fees.
