I went in and asked if they were able to take a Canadian passport photo. The staff member told me he could and told me to wait. When he came back I told him I had the instructions for the photo and he told me he didn't need it. I got the photo and was generally happy with the service until I told them that they needed to stamp or write on the back of it as per the instructions. The staff member and manager told me they aren't allowed to do that and that I should just write it myself since they are legally not allowed to put anything on the back. After doing some research I learned that some FedEx offices do have software's that allow them to process a specific country's passport photo and the Canadian option should automatically includes the stamp of the date/location. After I got home I also realized that the photo I received was for a US passport (2x2 inches). Canada requires 2x2 3/4 inches so I can't use these photos at all. It is kind of upsetting considering I had the requirements printed out and the staff member just refused to look at them. I am going to a professional photographer for my photo since every CVS, UPS, and FedEX I have contacted have stated they cannot offer Canadian passport photos.
