- RMR MenziaJan 9, 20135.0I help run a major conference at the Sheraton and was very impressed with the commitment to customer service at this FedEx office. When a delivery was received from our companies transport truck the manager called me immediately to let me know there was some shifting of materials on a pallet and wanted to know if I needed to check for damage. On the Saturday before New Year’s Eve FedEx staff stayed late and helped us disassemble an entire pallet of materials to check for damage and then re-packed after everything checked out okay. It was an amazing display of going beyond expectations and dedication to customer service.

This year, the specialist assigned to us was wonderful - when their folder machine was unavailable they shipped my job to another store to make sure it got done, and they delivered early. For a small version of FedEx Office, they do an excellent job with the resources they have.
