  well what can i say… I spent about two hours here today doing some printing and laminating. The individuals who helped me out couldn’t have been more awesome at their jobs, nicer people, and just overall seemed excited to help me. But then the strangest thing happened, as I sat there for two hours, I observed the same exact behavior from literally like every single staff member that was working on this Friday. Every single customer was greeted with a smile, and a Warm welcome to be supportive. I’ve really never seen anything like it, especially in a workplace that can be so high stress such as shipping, packing, and office support for us people of the world. Shout out to this team, the corporate management should be totally aware of how lucky they are to have these people working for their business. Shout out to everyone involved!

  Stopped in this evening (5/4) with a last-minute print situation that could’ve easily been a no, and instead was met with patience, problem-solving, and kindness. The people there, especially the person who seemed to be the manager (I was so scattered I forgot to get a name), handled everything with so much care and calm—it made a stressful moment feel manageable. Grateful for people like this.

  Sabotaged Delivery Supported by the Manager: An employee purposefully attached a wrong label/address. Despite April, the Manager's efforts, the Fedex claims department saw through April's lies and paid out the claim for the sabotaged delivery. April went out of her way to cause me insult, injury, and $$.
