  Have no idea what the company policies are. Visited a FedEx Company Owned location (this one is a franchise), and got a totally different answer and confirmation they were incorrect. There’s an hour on a Saturday I won’t get back.

  Beginning of the year I needed medical supplies sent next day to Turks and Caicos. Fed ex said if you ship priority it’ll be there in three days. The cost was a little over $100 to ship a package weighing a pound. When it didn’t arrive I had to go to the hospital for the medical supplies. According to the tracking info instead of being sent directly to Turks and Caicos it went to Europe a few times. Fed ex response. There is no guarantee your package will arrive We cannot refund you shipping because the package is lost we have to wait until it’s found returned It went to Europe because that is the usual shipping sequence to Turks and Caicos Fast forward a few months, the package was found and I received a bill from fed ex for $37 to release the package can we have to credit card number. And no you cannot get a refund on shipping because the package was found. Moral of the story, DO NOT SHIP FED EX INTERNATIONALLY The employee at this location was very friendly, I just wished she told me there would be no guarantee the package would arrive.

  Andre and the rest of the team were very helpful, kind and got my printing jobs done quickly and without any problems.
