  Our HOA is 26 acres large (comprised of condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes) and have used Emcee Building Services for the last five years. Emcee is very responsive, hardworking, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the work gets done and to keep our property looking great. If you are looking for a maintenance/cleaning company, stop your search because Emcee Building Service is the one for you. We highly recommend Emcee Building Services as we are very happy to have them servicing our property!

  EMCEE is a great company always follows through with their work. Employees are extremally knowledgeable and polite. Bob is the GREATEST! Always stands behind their work. It's a one stop shop they do almost everything. Very fair pricing. I just love them very highly recommended. You want it done right then hire EMCEE.
