  WORST experience, and expensive, too. Just understand that the service point has NO expertise, will not help you and will not check the package before giving it to DHL. Twice, they accepted a package from me. Once it was returned from DHL, and the second time (after I removed the battery), it was not accepted by German Customs. If you are not ABSOLUTELY SURE, as an experienced shipper, that your international shipment is 100% correct, don't use DHL.

  I went earlier today around 1pm. The African American lady that worked there was not kind at all. It was my first time using the service and all I ask was how can I track my package she had a snart remark like if i knew . If i didn't know i wouldn't ask. She really looked like she didn't want to work there. If she dintclike her job and answering customers questions with a smart remark then she should not work there

  The worker wrote the CURP wrong and had her correct it. Not only did she write the CURP wrong again, she misspelled the name and didn’t add the phone number or email. Now my package is getting returned.
