Sean Hughes was my main point of contact and I really valued his partnership and the incredible service he provided. The team does a phenomenal job handling various workstreams and numerous pieces of collateral. They are detail-oriented and ask helpful questions to ensure the products delivered are what we want. They are easy to work with and were kind about our shifting timelines. When we had an unexpected issue right at the start of our conference Milosh was amazing and jumped in to to rush something we needed. Highly recommend this team and AlphaGraphics location.

Sean was incredibly efficient and didn’t show even a hint of irritation when I reached out in the afternoon needing everything done that evening. The payment link was quick and seamless, pickup was easy, and Sean was just as friendly in person. The final print and binding were neat, crisp.. exactly what I was looking for. You've earned a customer for life.

We provided files on Monday, and they informed us on Thursday that they were not correct. They made us redo them, and it turned out that only the area we initially thought would be covered was actually being covered. We then had to rush and pay extra to make it look presentable the day of the event and pay. It looked awful previously. There was definitely a breakdown, and I can't give them a better than a 3-star review because of it.
