He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my mailing options without making me feel rushed. Customer service like this is hard to find. Ignacio was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful trip quick and easy. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great service to every customer. The Channahon Post Office is fortunate to have someone like Ignacio on their team. I highly recommend working with him if you have the chance. Thank you for the outstanding service!
